This shipping weight of this scale is 1040 LBS. It must be shipped via freight (trucking). It can only be delivered to your door or trucking dock. If you need a lift gate or additional help moving the scale into your home or facility there will be a minimum additional charge of 0. If delivery is made to a residential address there will be an additional 0 charge. If arrangements are not made the scale will be sent back at the buyers cost.

Order Processing:
I process orders immediately. Once you see that I've left you positive feedback your order has been processed. Orders paid for and processed before 3 PM eastern time usually ship the same day. Tracking info will be added as I receive it.
Sales Tax:
Only Connecticut residents pay sales tax.
Defective Items:
All of our products are tested before they leave the factory, but occasionally damage will occur during shipment. If you receive a defective product please contact me ASAP and I will send you a replacement at no cost.
Returns:
You must contact me before returning any items to obtain a return authorization number. Any return may be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. All returns must be returned in new condition (NO marks, scratches, tape, damage, etc.). All packaging material must be included and in new condition (this includes boxes, wrappers, manuals, protective styrofoam, etc.). Items returned in anything other than new condition will be subject to a minimum 30% re-stocking fee. Items sent back without a return authorization or in damaged condition will be sent back to the customer without exchange or refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, this includes items which are sold with "free" shipping.
