    Description

    Powers up, controls function, speaker beeps when you press buttons, but no receive or transmit.
    Battery charger blinks after about five minutes, telling us the battery is at end of life.
    Which MIGHT be the problem, but I wouldn't count on it.
    I barely used it. Clean as a whistle.
