Supports stand alone operation, or installation into the ETCHS2U rack mount chassis. SFP can be removed from the unit, for replacement or swapping to a different specification. Advanced features include link-loss forwarding, remote monitor status, two frame lengths. Operating temperature: 0 - 60 deg C, storage temperature: -10 - 70 deg C. Humidity: 10 - 90%. Supports full or half-duplex operation. Provides connectivity to a user or network segment that is in an isolated area of a large complex or in another building altogether.
