You are buying   (2)  TWO   NEW   5/16" clevis bow shackles with a working load limit of 1,000 lbs.  The clevis is galvanized with a screw pin.  The diameter is 5/16" with a useable length of 1 1/4" the opening width is  9/16".   The pin diameter is 3/8".       Any questions please ask.
