Vintage Tartan Plaid Silky Pouch Keychain W/ Bagpipe Player Charm Great Britain

This is a neat, vintage keychain with a bagpipe player kilted man charm attached to the ring and a silky feel tartan plaid pouch. This item is made by Bagcraft of London and Paris. The pouch measures 4 X 4 inches. It is strongly connected to ring. There is one small flaw at lower right hand corner of one side of pouch. There are 2 small pinhole holes. I have provided a photo. They are only on surface of pouch and does not go through the bag. It is very minor. This is a neat collectible piece and multifunctional. Bag appears to be made circa 1960s or 1970s.
